Contributing updated packages

Hi! I rebuilt the gstreamer, gstreamer-plugins-base, and 
gstreamer-plugins-good rpms with the spec files (just replaced the 
version with the latest). How do I get them put into updates? Rhythmbox 
needed the newest versions to read the title/artist info on my internet 
radio station, so I felt it nessessary to fix that. Thanks!
