Cannot boot from install cd

What type of media (e.g. CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+R, etc.)  did you use? The
CD-ROM drive may not be capable of handling that media type or can not
reliably read discs burned at high speeds. Try using a different media
type or burn at a slower speed.
