Fedora-4 on Vmware [does not detect cdrom]

I am using Fedora-4 as a guest on Vmware.

1) When i try to access cdrom, it says that file system is not specified. 

2) When Eclipse starts my Fedora-4 guests freezes. Actually i was
trying to resintall Eclipse and after removing it, when i tried to
reinstall it from the cdrom, i had the above problem. I had inserted
Fedora-4 3rd cdrom (as asked).

Need suggestions.
