Security: Macromedia Flash 7.0.63

Macromedia recently released an update to their binary-only browser 
plugin to address CVE-2006-0024.

I have an official agreement with Macromedia to repackage their binary 
for easy integration into Fedora and make it available in a yum 
repository here.

FC5 users will want to upgrade to flash-plugin-7.0.63-1 in order 
properly handle firefox-1.5.x contained in FC5 in addition to closing 
this security issue.
