I found the same files on the download site at
ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/5/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/
and they are on my i386 CD as well
Even if it were not on the CD, a simple "yum install kernel-devel" would
get it for you from the base/core repo.
