For me...
$ ls -l /etc/cron.daily/0logwatch
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 39 Apr  4 12:07 /etc/cron.daily/0logwatch ->
/usr/share/logwatch/scripts/logwatch.pl

We have different logwatch programs... or is the file date when it was
installed?

$ rpm -q logwatch
logwatch-7.2.1-1.fc5

This is what yum info shows as being the current version

The last logwatch report I have begins with:

 ################### Logwatch 7.2.1 (01/18/06) ####################
        Processing Initiated: Wed May 10 04:02:32 2006
        Date Range Processed: yesterday

                              Period is day.
      Detail Level of Output: 0
              Type of Output: unformatted
