HOWto on booting from USB DVD

Therein lies the rub.  This is a blade that has no peripherals but a USB 
port.  I was very hesitant to try FC5 since the last FC upgrade I did to 
FC5 blew a gasket, but so far (knock on wood) it's going okay.  It's 
slow as crap, but it's still going.
