I've been using milter-greylist for a long time (since version 1.5). I
built my own RPM for version 1.6, and then I converted over to the RPM
in the extras repository when version 2.0 became available there.
I added the following lines to my /etc/mail/sendmail.mc file:

Then I ran "make -C /etc/mail" like it says in the top of that file.
Then you have to start milter-greylist:
service milter-greylist start
and if that works, restart sendmail:
service sendmail restart
(reload may be good enough).
Check /var/log/maillog for any problems after that.
