Its actually getting much better.

You may recall that I recommend core, updates, extras, and livna be 
enabled by default.
I also recommend the freshrpms and other favorites be installed, but 
disabled by default.

freshrpms currently has the new version of frozen-bubble.

# yum --enablerepo=freshrpms install frozen-bubble

This did all the right things.  All of the dependencies were pulled from 
extras.  Only frozen-bubble came from freshrpms.
