No Medium Found when mounting file system

Been getting these messages at boot time-
 Remounting filesystem in read write mode
 Mounting Local File System: No Medium Found
and the other-
 Mounting other File Systems: No Medium Found

Seems to be the problem now mounting ROM and Floppy devices that I must have.

Would really appreciate some input, This is my second request.

Now at the Grub boot prompt [Listing Command Completions]are...?

I have searched the archives trying to get a hint of what to do here, Seems there was
mention of getting into single user mode and edit something? I need some syntax, please?

Currently running kernal(2.6.17-1.2174_FC5smp)
with new SATA, new machine.
