Graphical config for vsftp ?

I configured ftp about a year ago on an FC4 server.   I'd like to set it
up on another FC4 server.   I seem to recall that I used a graphical
configuration tool to set it up.   I know that nfs has
system-config-nfs.  Does vsftp have anything similar ?  Or am I dreaming
that I did it that way ?
