Permissions

Thanks Ronald, but I have never used the rpm command before and I do not
know exactly on which folders to apply them.  Do I have to do that on the
/var folder?  Eg  rpm -qa | xargs rpm --setugids /var?

Please let me know so that I can do the fix...
