How does Firefox 2 get added?

I'm using FC5.

I also verified F2 from remi is excellent in displaying Chinese.

In F1.5, when changing gtk2 themes it takes a lot of cpu and time for
firefox to pick up the theme change. This issue has been fixed in F2.
