ipv6, kill it once and for all

I put them there using the command joe   /etc/modprobe.conf

In /etc/sysconfig/network I had to change the line

> NETWORKING_IPV6=yes

> to
>
> NETWORKING_IPV6=no

I had already changed that entry, but I checked it again.
