Unable to use desktop effects if GARTSize option is set in the xorg.conf file

Thank you for opening my eyes to the obvious!! For some reason, I was
foolishly believing that my Radeon card had 128Mb, whereas in reality it
only had 64 Mb. Now with that issue, resolved, desktop effects is
working fine!

The only reason, I wanted the desktop effects is that it helps in
productivity by giving you the zoom & select option.

Might sound silly, but it sure does help :-)
