Dual-boot question

I do not understand all the windows partitions and really don't like the 
Linux LVM, but the only problem you will have is that Windows will write 
it's boot message on top of grubs and ruin it.

You will have to use your F7 DVD as a rescue system and re-put grub on 
top of the windows one. Read info grub...
