FC7 Kernel upgrade

Despite what others have said:

rpm -qRp kernel-2.6.21-1.3228.fc7.i686.rpm does list:

mkinitrd >= 6.0.9-7.1

According to the e-mail sent to fedora-test, mkinitrd-6.0.9-7.1 was released
to testing yesterday (6/12/2007). No accompanying e-mail has been sent to
package-announce, nor is mkinitrd-6.0.9-7.1 available in updates.

So, in a sense, it is a long standing bug, though not one with yum or rpm
(or easily correctable, short of actually checking things before pushing
them to updates).
