What is the root password after installing first time?

I just completed the installation of fedora using version 7. I setup a
user but without root access. Did I miss that step during the install.
I checked the documentation, and I completed all stages including the
final step before reboot where you configure your sound card, so I
assume I completed all of the installation OK. The user I created
logs on OK, however I want to setup the root password?
