Hi,

I had the same problem, this is my info.

I am using Debian Etch
my nameserver was my ADSL CPE which is a Paradyne with WiFi AP embeded
(any way I am connected to it with an eth cable).

On that CPE I configured this Name SErvers

200.87.61.83
166.114.10.10
4.2.2.2

What I need to do was to change my PC from using DHCP to static IP and
put that name servers directly on my PC, all the problem was solved
with that, i think your first name server is not resolving as my ADSL
CPE wasn't.

hope it helps.

regards,
