I am not sure why, but two things you may try

1 do you have right kernel-devel installed or right compilers??
2 try to google your error messenge, you may find a hint

the any-nay-update works for my case
my system is

kernel-2.6.20-1.2925.fc6
kernel-headers-2.6.20-1.2925.fc6
kernel-devel-2.6.20-1.2925.fc6

gcc-gnat-4.1.1-51.fc6
gcc-4.1.1-51.fc6
gcc-objc-4.1.1-51.fc6
gcc-c++-4.1.1-51.fc6
libgcc-4.1.1-51.fc6
gcc-gfortran-4.1.1-51.fc6

good luck
