Transaction Check Error: package kernel-2.6.20.3-1

I'm trying to  install the nVidia driver  from livna.org by running

yum install kmod-nvidia

and am getting the following transaction check error :

Transaction Check Error:   package kernel-2.6.20.3-1 (which is newer
than kernel-2.6.20-1.2925.fc6) is already installed

Does this mean I have to wait until livna.org update their nvidia
driver rpms to support the newer kernel?
