RHGB doesn't provide this functionality. It is purely a user space 
solution to have a somewhat graphical bootup and does not offer any 
graphics on the console. There are many patches like bootsplash or the 
gentoo kernel patches none of which has been merged in the upstream 
kernel and is not in Fedora.
