Bah!  They still play the file naming game...  Off all the dumb ways to
do it...

E-mail really isn't a file transfer mechanism, but for those with their
heart set on it, despite all the pitfalls, there's ways and means of
doing it.

What I proposed is a simple way of protecting most people, without them
having to constantly update recognition software.  Can it run, or not?
A simple determination.  Not trying to figure out, "Is it safe to run or
not?"  Something that's next to impossible to get right.
