[F8] error: C preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check

Thanks, it's not my question. The problem here is even with SRPM of
updates-testing, I can not rebuild RPM myself. There is alway the
error:

...
checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes
checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes
checking for gcc option to accept ISO C89... unsupported
checking dependency style of gcc... gcc3
checking how to run the C preprocessor... /lib/cpp
configure: error: C preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check
See `config.log' for more details.
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.39096 (%build)

My F8 has wrong things with gcc ? gcc-c++ ? lib ? How to fix this in
order to build without any problem with another soft ?
