reboot loop after power failure

There are no beebs at all? but the harddrive starts spinning?
That's strange.

I would say, could be the ram, but do a memtest before you run to a store
and buy new ones :)

but if there are no beebs, it can also be your mobo...
my guess is, if there was an error... there should be some beep on POST
