And what about the rest of your drives?
Perhaps you just want to do these three steps:
Set where /boot and /boot/grub are to be found:
grub> root (hd2,1)
Write the boot loader to that drive's MBR:
grub> setup (hd2)
Finish the process:
grub> quit
