Define alternet gateway

That is only a piece of the problem. He really hasn't given an overview
with what he is really trying to accomplish. But presumably he will want
to define which traffic goes to which gateway for forwarding to addresses
not on either network. He may want to try to use both at once or perhaps
on as a fall back for the other.

Reading http://lartc.org/lartc.html would probably be a good start.
