Mysterious update error

I havwe been getting this error from PackageKit and yum update. What
does it mean and how can the problem be fixed:

ERROR:dbus.proxies:Introspect error
on :1.26:/org/freedesktop/PackageKit: dbus.exceptions.DBusException:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: A security policy in place
prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see
