Ntpdate fails to start

Probably not, as I downloaded the 6 CD's for Fedora 9, and Network Mangler 
(aka Network Manager) was still activated as default. I've seen loads of 
problems reported using Network Manager, so disabled it, and activated the 
network service instead.

Nice to see that the problem is resolved.
