f9 yum update "setup" - passwd file change

After updating my system today for the first time in a week, I note that
there was an update to "setup" - which created /etc/passwd.rpmnew
This is quite different to the original file -
What if anything needs to be done?
Should the relevant lines be copied over to the original file?
Or should the system not be touched?
