Probably pretty good. I would expect pretty much all of the mirrors to have it
now.

It's not that unusual for sites to leak it ahead of time.

But really if you want f11, find a rawhide mirror that hasn't sync'd up
to the new rawhide branch yet. There's probably more of those.
