No, those are valid. Thats the day they were created. 

Note that the process takes a bit: 

- Create isos. 
- Mirror to local rc location for testers to test. 
- Testing
- All looks ok, mirror to master mirror
- Mirror out to world. 

So, the 2nd is in fact the day some of the isos were made.
