If you don't succeed in getting a response from someone local to you, or
willing to send you a disc, see this page:

On it, there's information about various different ways of getting
Fedora, including buying discs and free copies.

Since you mention a university, have you checked whether you already
have a disc in your computing department?  Or any of your students.
