Eg - yaboot is ppc32 only - as OF only supports booting 32bit ELF IIRC.
ppc64-utils requires yaboot
ppc64-utils in the ppc64 tree has a broken dep
Therefore in the ppc64 only tree which doesn't have any biarch magic
ppc64-utils will always be seen as broken.
