That would be useful if the architecture is relevant to the bug, or if
the package maintainer wants to attract the attention of an architecture
expert for assistance. In either of those cases, the package maintainer
should be encouraged to change the Summary field of the bug report
accordingly.

Specifying the _package_ in the dependency tree would be a more useful
thing to do unconditionally than specifying the architecture :)
