ExclusiveArch packages in wrong arch

When initially built the "python-psyco" package didn't have the proper
ExclusiveArch and so it was built for x86_64 and ppc.  I fixed that, but
the old builds persist in the repositories for these architectures; how
would one go about getting them removed?
