Using context marked dependencies like Requires(pre) to "solve" this is
abuse, please don't do that.  Plain Requires is fine as long as there
are no dependency loops involved.

If there are dependency loops, most bets are off anyway.  OTOH, I'm told
the win-over-Requires magic of PreReq got added back to FC4 rpm, it
could be useful in some dep loop cases.
