some minor Core pruning

Running some dependency analysis on Core yielded a few packages
in the following groups. This isn't exhaustive, by any means; there
are still quite a few leaf nodes that are potential Extras candidates.

Library packages required only by Extras packages (could be moved to
  extras):
libgconf-java
libxml (and only required by the rather old Gtk-Perl)


Library + binary packages required only by Extras packages (could be
  moved to extras):
mikmod
tog-pegasus
inn

Library packages required by *nothing* (could be killed):
libpng10
liboldX
libvolume_id

Library + binary packages required by nothing (could be killed, or moved):
linux-atm
lksctp-tools
mysqlclient10
mysqlclient14
netatalk
openhpi
tn5250
xdelta
