we include both pyOpenSSL (used by rhnlib) and m2crypto. If rhnlib goes away,
is there anything else requiring pyOpenSSL?

IMO pyOpenSSL is still useful for doing SSL certificate validation, but how
many people care enough for it, I don't know.

Useful developer tool, I'd include it in Development.

These have been discussed already - python-docs should stay, it used to be a
subpackage of the main python package, but I split it out to get rid of the
annoying BuildRequires of tetex.
