%find_lang and localized man pages

Hello,

when doing some "merge" reviews I have found out, that it could be
useful to extend the functionality of the %find_lang macro to process
also localized man pages or to create a new macro (e.g. %find_man). It
would solve manual writing of
%lang($lang) %{_mandir}/$lang/man?/*
in the files section.

Somebody from Mandriva already had the same idea
