 Hey, nice.  My off-the-cuff idea was along the lines of checking what 
$(basename `pwd`) was (devel vs. anything else).  Ought to do more-or-less 
the same thing.  I think yours might be a smidge more reliable, though.
 Nice to see the community kick back an answer so fast.  Now, we never did 
anything about creating a better error warning for an expired fedora.cert, 
did we?  I seem to recall coming up with a solution, but I wasn't sure how 
to best integrate it into the Makefile.
