Heh.  I wouldn't be so sure that the casual user:

a. Knows that "fedoraproject.org" is the first place to look;
b. Doesn't get distracted by other links all over every page;
c. Knows how to read.  :)

I think the vendor list is reasonably well-placed, and has decent 
visibility -- but I wouldn't be so sure that it's where everybody ends up 
when they need to get a DVD.
