Announcing first (unofficial) public fedora mirror, India.

Hi *,

WBUT (http://wbut.net) is glad to announce the opening up of their
private Fedora mirror for public use.

Probably, this is the first Public fedora mirror in India.(At least I
am not aware of any other.)

Though due to bandwidth constrain we are not considering ourself to be
listed as a official mirror, we may be so in near future.

It follows the standard directory structure and only mirror i386 and x86_64.
Also we don't mirror srpms.
