"By the time a distro has been released, there are probably already 
several updates available. This is not a problem on a single 
internet-connected computer, but what if you have to install a dozen 
machines in an office, or there is no decent internet connection? An 
updated install DVD removes the need for this. Also, do you really want 
to answer all those questions each time when the answers are always the 
same? A custom install disc can take care of that for you."
