  Walsh's    documentation for nonpassivetex
  processing(#307001)  
- no longer using release in style-xsl dir(#389231)  
- change a few non-constant expressions to constant that    
  could now be handled by passivetex(#366441) 
- added upstream patch for adjustColumnWidths (#161619)

docbook-style-xsl-1.73.2-3.fc7:
Fixes not shipping of dumpfragment.xsl (lib subdir) and correcting behaviour about removal of xml catalog registrations after release drop from directory. 

(Those who already installed docbook-style-xsl-1.73.2-2.fc7 from testing should first remove this package or force update with this package twice to correct registration of catalogs)
