Are you sure? The files mising are
usr/libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins/thunar-tpa
and
/usr/share/xfce4/panel-plugins/thunar-tpa.desktop
Nothing can be linked against those files?

Anyway I think that the right thing to do for now is to remove the
tpa entries not found from %files.

I'll try that (if you've updated exo in the beta repo ;-)
