Mozilla should not be built with GTK2 toolkit.

Both of them use Mozilla's rendering engine. I doubt it is that easy to
use both GTK 1.2 and GTK 2 simultaneously in the same program.

I noticed that you set the severity to "high". You should rather set
priority to "high" and severity to "normal" (this is probably what you
want anyway), because "high severity" is "crashes, loss of data, severe
memory leak, etc." (see
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/bug_status.cgi#priority).
