FWIW -- Anaconda crashes for me when I install over NFS on a box with 256 Mb of memory & place swap on LVM. The installer says that it needs to activate swap space in order to continue, and then reports a problem and quits. When I place swap on a primary partition (instead of LVM), the install of Severn completes without any trouble.
