httpd 2.0.48 updates

Hi, I've prepared update packages for 2.0.48, which include the fix 
for CVE CAN-2003-0542:

http://people.redhat.com/jorton/FedoraC1-httpd/

(which is a yum repos)

Any testing is appreciated - please post feedback to the bug report
