Grub stage1 file error

/boot/grub/stage1 does not belong to any RPM package. It's copied
there upon installing the boot block. Do you have a separate /boot and
/usr partition? Did you mount every partition? Did you chroot into
your system? Did you re-install GRUB with the "grub-install" utility?
